We will revisit the purpose and potential impact of collaborative data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs.) The workshop will share how PLCs can be used to determine targeted short-term interventions that support long-term goals in the development of the whole child. You will leave the workshop with a plan that includes protocols for collaborative goal setting and progress monitoring that ensure teams act to close gaps and increase rigor for ALL students more effectively and efficiently.
